Transferring Your Domain to Netguava from Network Solutions

Steps for Network Solutions
  1. Unlock your Domain
  2. Confirm or update administrative email address
  3. Obtain Authorization Code
  4. Netguava will handle the rest!
Unlock your domain:
  1. Log in to your Network Solutions Account Manager
  2. Click nsWebAddress (Domains)
  3. Click Manage Domains
  4. Click the domain name to be unlocked
  5. Click Turn Off or Request Authorization Code
  6. Select Leave Domain Protect Off then click Save
  7. Click Save
*Allow 24 hours for this change to become active.

To view or update the administrative email address:
  1. Log in to your Network Solutions Account Manager
  2. Click Edit Account Contacts
  3. Click the domain to be edited
  4. In the Edit WHOIS Contacts section, click View/Edit WHOIS Contacts
  5. Select the domain name to be edited and click Continue
  6. Select Administrative Contact and then click Continue
  7. Edit the administrative contact's email address
  8. Click Submit
Obtain Authorization Code:
  1. Log in to your Network Solutions Account Manager
  2. Click Web Address (Domains)
  3. Click on the domain name that you want to manage
  4. In the Domain Protect row click Turn Off or Request Authorization Code
  5. Select Request Authorization Code
  6. Click Save - The authorization code will display in the Auth Code field
Netguava will take care of the rest:
  1. Once the above has been completed, please email support@netguava.com with the following
    • The Authorization Code
    • A copy (or forward) of the emails sent to your administrative email address by Network Solutions and Go Daddy
