Netguava, Inc. is owned and operated by Ryan E. Vaught and Stephen J. Connell of Chico.

Netguava also owns several ecommerce and online businesses. Recently, we have developed online virtual tour technology, where virtual tours providers can easily create tours, track customers, billing and more, all in a web-based console. We also have in development web-based CRM, employee management and other applications. Within the next five years, it is anticipated that our software models will be present on a national scale.

Stephen J. Connell
Stephen has more than 10 years experience developing e-commerce related solutions and products. In the course of his work designing and building internet applications for local banks, managing his own website company, and developing creative solutions for other consumer-driven enterprises, Stephen has developed expertise in almost every aspect of internet technology. Stephen specializes in secure website content, database design and custom e-commerce storefront applications.

Ryan E. Vaught
Ryan has also provided website and e-commerce solutions to many local businesses. While working for the nation’s fourth largest bank, he has trained and coached numerous employees on sales and customer-service related objectives. Ryan has lectured on marketing abroad, and was designated as one of the north state's top ten salesmen. Ryan is also involved in real estate sales & leasing and has an extensive network of business associates. Ryan specializes in business development, internet strategy and technology integration.
